FTrack Enterprise Suite is our complete multi-lingual business solution for Small to Medium Enterprises. It includes a full Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a complete Help Desk and Asset Management package, all developed for Windows platforms that use Microsoft Outlook (optional). It is developed using Java Technology and compiled using MicroSoft Windows native extensions so can take full advantage of the power of Windows workstations. Release 6.x requires also MicroSoft Outlook installed in the client workstation in order to work properly but It cn also be used without it. FTarck is a client server application and a multi user system. It can be used for as many users as your LAN can handle. FTrack allows you to create sales opportunities, quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips and ships with standard inventory. Track vendor orders and receipts, and monitor stock levels, manage change requests. FTrack gives you the ability to track your customer's payments and balances. Also can be integrated with MS Outlook to share your contacts, documents, mails.... FTrack databases are based on a Microsoft Access database and can be shared on a server.
